I want to travel with a very large group, is it possible to handle?
JAVA TOUR PACKAGE has a lot of experience with very large groups, starting from city tours, honeymoon tours, family tours, rafting tours, caving tours and volcano adventure tours. Travelling with large groups means all need to be taken care of extra meticulously and maybe some carefully considered decisions have to be made. We will ensure that you are well advised and it will all run smoothly.
How can I make a payment towards my booking?
When we agree upon the suggested itinerary Java Tour Package will send you the Terms & Conditions applicable, including the payment terms as well. Generally we will have to work with a phased payment scheme due to reservations made for the trip. Down payment is required, it’s about 20%-30% and the full payment you can make on the day.
What is the Cancellation & Refund Policies?
In the event you wish to cancel your tour/event after booking we require written confirmation via email. You must info/call 7 days ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund (except for some expenses that are non refundable). Cancellations less than 48 hours before the tour, all deposits are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up. Any unutilized service or No Show guest/s in any of the confirmed and paid tours will NOT be refundable.
